Before you start a project
How we work, how we charge, and what happens after you send a brief.
We confirm scope and pricing within 24 hours of receiving your brief. Work begins the same business day we receive your 50% deposit and signed scope of work.
No Zoom calls and no scheduling. You send a brief in writing. We send back a Loom video of the working system, plus written handover notes. If you want a call, we can book one. It is not required.
If you already have accounts, we will use yours. If not, we will advise which tools to buy and can set them up as part of the project. Third-party subscriptions are paid by you to the provider.
50% deposit on kick-off, 50% balance on delivery of the Loom walkthrough (before final handover). Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the 1st. Invoices are issued via Stripe or bank transfer. USDT is also accepted.
Deposits are fully refundable if work has not yet begun. After work starts, we invoice only for work delivered to date, and any overpayment is returned. The Refund Policy is linked in the footer of every page.
Upon full payment, you own 100% of the custom code, workflows, and designs we create for you. Third-party tools remain under your own account. We may feature the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before receiving confidential client information. Send yours and we will return it countersigned the same day.
